Nicole has worked with Noah since 2019. She has a BA in Interactive Multimedia and Graphic Design from Columbia College, a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Indiana University Lily School of Philanthropy, a Healthcare Meetings Compliance Certificate (HMCC) from Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) by the American Society of Association Executives.
Nicole brings over 15 years of experience in non-profit management where she has successfully led eight scientific and academic associations. Previously, she served as the leader of an international NGO focused on supporting orphaned children in Africa and Central America.

Kortney has worked with Noah since 2018. She has a BS in Marketing from Ball State University. Kortney is an experienced meeting planner specializing in organizing and developing seamless meetings and conferences for associations. She has successfully coordinated events for medical and academic clients, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed. Passionate about creating memorable experiences, Kortney excels at turning complex logistics into smooth, impactful events.
In 2025 Meeting Planners International (MPI) Indiana Chapter named Kortney Planner of the Year.

Natalie Crispin joined the Noah staff in March 2025. She earned her bachelor’s in Art History from Purdue University then studied abroad in England where she engaged with museums event planners, curators, educational directors and collection managers.
