Preserves the history of the Society by collecting and curating photos from Annual Meetings.

Leads industry fundraising and sponsor engagement, securing critical financial support for the Annual Meeting.

Ensures the Society’s governance remains current and aligned with its mission by reviewing and recommending updates to the Bylaws.

Provides financial oversight, reviews budgets and investments, and ensures the Society’s long-term financial health.

Plans the social and logistical aspects of the Annual Meeting, including venues, meals, and entertainment.

Advises the Board of Trustees on legal and ethical issues as needed.

Screens and recommends new member applications and ensures applicants align with the Society’s standards and values.

Welcomes and integrates new members into the Society, fostering a sense of connection and engagement.

Develops slates of candidates for Board and committee leadership and promotes Society involvement in external leadership opportunities.

Curates the scientific content of the Annual Meeting, selects speakers, and oversees CME compliance.

Identifies and evaluates future meeting locations, presenting final options to the Board of Trustees.

Including the Blanched Soldiers of Noah, Book Club, Photography, and Sports Committees, these groups organize educational and social sessions that enhance the unique character of the Annual Meeting.
